Episode 8: people watchers

People in a longer line are more likely to pull you up on cutting in line but if your in a shorter line people are more likely to let you into it because they don't have to wait as long.
There is also a difference of gender on public acceptance of queue jumpers.
Its more likely that if you are a women there is more of a chance that you are able to get into the line.
Or if you make up an excuse and are very apologetic people are more likely to let you in even if you excuse is bad.

People watchers think that telling people they are good at something will it affect your performance at whatever you doing at that time.
The experimenter split them into groups A and B
The A group didn't miss a shot. The B group missed most of their shots. The experimenter made sure to use negative negative words to describe their techniques and let them know how good team A was.

"Team A did good because they were encouraged Team B didn't"
